Preorder Instructions & Rules

How to Preorder: Visit our preorder page, select your favorite Charlie Bears from the 2025 collection, and contact us with your request.

Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preorder. The remaining balance is due when the bear is ready to ship.

Preorder Period: Preorders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the collection launch.

Stock & Shipping: Limited quantities available. Orders will be fulfilled in the order received and shipped once the collection is released.

Photos & Selection: Upon request, we will provide individual photos of the available bears. You can then choose whether to purchase the bear or apply your $50 deposit toward a different bear.

Cancellations & Changes: Preorders are non-refundable and cannot be altered once submitted.
